စူရာဟ္(ဖလာက္)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

မျပတ္မစဲ ၾကင္နာသနားေသာ မဟာဂရုဏာ ရွင္ျဖစ္သည္႔ အလႅာဟ္အရွင္၏m နာမံေတာ္ (၀ါ) အလႅာဟ္ အရွင္ျပ နည္းနာ နည္းစနစ္အားျဖင္႔ စတင္ပါ၏ ။

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn,

(၁၁၃-၁) မုိးေသာက္ယံ၏ အရွင္ထံ ကြ်န္ေတာ္မ်ဳိး ခုိလႈံပါ၏ဟ
ု အသင္ေျပၾကားပါေလ။

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

From the evil of that which He has created,

(၁၁၃-၂) ဖန္ဆင္းခံအရာမ်ား၏ ေဘးအႏ ၱရာယ္မ်ားမွလည္းေကာင္း၊ 

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ

And from the evil of intense darkness, when it comes,

(၁၁၃-၃) အ၀ိဇ္ဇာ အမုိက္ေမွာင္ထု၏ ေဘးအႏ ၱရာယ္မ်ားမွလည္းေကာင္း၊

وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ

And from the evil of those who cast (evil suggestions) in firm resolutions,

(၁၁၃-၄)(ခုိင္မာေသာ အဓိ႒ာန္ျပဳခ်က္မ်ားကုိ ျပက္ျပားေစေသာ
မေကာင္းမႈ အေႏွာက္ အယွက္မ်ားမွလည္းေကာင္း၊

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

And from the evil of the envier when he envies.

(၁၁၃-၅) မနာလုိ ၀န္တုိသူ၏ မနာလုိ၀န္ေသာအခါ (ျဖစ္တတ္ေသာ)
ေဘးအႏ ၱရာယ္မ်ား မွ လည္းေကာင္း (ခုိလႈံပါ၏ဟု အသင္ေျပာ ၾကားပါေလ)
